JASON SPENCER

Jason began his digital marketing career in 2008, after a series of both successes and failures in brick and mortar small business, and a decade in corporate IT management.
He is a visionary that thinks expansively and is extraordinary in his ability to get above any situation in business and see the obstacles getting in the way and the opportunities for growth.
His heart was molded at an early age to help business owners break through challenges and access their highest potential, as he grew up watching his parents build their own business in the 80s and experienced all the heartbreaking struggles and challenges right alongside of them.
Jason brings a highly unique leadership style to the team, as he enjoys inspiring everyone to reach higher, both internally at CONTRACTORS REVENUE GROWTH, and externally with our clients, and in his community as well.
Over the past 15 years, Jason has solely developed the REVENUE GROWTH platform that can double any business in 12 months or less. He’s worked with hundreds of businesses of all sizes and in many industries and is now enthusiastically building the team to scale.

Founder + Customer Happiness Officer.
Will is a whole-hearted family man based in Pensacola, FL, with two wonderful daughters, Aubrey Lynn and Lillian Jane.
In 2013, Will began a new professional journey at a family-run lumber supply company that had been in operation for over six decades. Starting with manual labor, he learned the ins and outs of the construction industry, gradually transitioning to a supervisory role.
As he was working, Will noticed an unmet need in the industry. The contractors he was working with needed more than a supplier; they needed guidance to grow their businesses.
This revelation sparked a new ambition within Will. He immersed himself in learning about digital marketing, driven by the desire to provide a more comprehensive service to these hardworking individuals.
In May 2020, amid the tumultuous backdrop of a global pandemic, Will made the leap to establish his own digital marketing agency, focused on helping homebuilders and contractors scale their businesses. It was a risk, but the reward was immense.
Today, Will is a Partner and Sales Director at CONTRACTORS REVENUE GROWTH. and is excited to inspire and serve you on your exciting path to growth.
MADISON WIGGINS

Meet Madison. Our newest team member at CONTRACTORS REVENUE GROWTH.
Her career in marketing started as a side hustle, helping small businesses improve their social media platforms.
While building her business, she discovered her passion for digital marketing.
She then worked with multiple start up companies, where she was able to wear many hats; from managing influencers to creating B2B sales proposals.
After working in the social media space for a few years, it occurred to her that while her social media marketing campaigns always went well, she was not able to measure ROI.
Luckily enough, she found CONTRACTORS REVENUE GROWTH and has now enhanced her career focus with her discovery of data focused digital marketing.
Now, Madison serves as Executive Assistant and aspiring Partner as she immerses herself in the world of delivering strong ROI. She also creates content on the side for her own platform, as an aspiring videographer and Youtuber.
